Due to COVID pandemic after a long gap, Mr. Faisal Monir participated as one of the guest speakers in a round table discussion  on “The Role of HR for Growth & Sustainability through People Excellent” arranged by LEAD Academy, YSSE and CNI. It was really wonderful program of knowledge sharing, gaining and networking among HR professionals in Bangladesh on February 22, 2023 at Krishibari, Savar, Dhaka.
There Mr. Faisal discussed some recommendations to fill up the gap between academic knowledge and industrial skills.
