B M Faisal Monir is an accomplished educator, and entrepreneur with over 21 years of professional experience. His journey has been defined by a commitment to excellence in education, leadership, and human resource development. As the Managing Director and CEO of Succero Executive Resources Limited, his leadership drives innovative learning solutions that empower individuals and organizations to excel.

Mr. Faisal deeply passionate about enabling personal and professional growth, with a particular focus on effective  communication skills, career planning, leadership and management skills, and competency-based training. He takes pride in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and seminars that leave a lasting impact, helping participants enhance their communication, leadership, and managerial abilities.
His academic journey is rooted in a robust foundation. Mr. Faisal holds a Master of Education in Language Education and Curriculum Development from the University of Dhaka following a Master’s and Bachelor degrees in English Language and Literature. He also earned a PGD  in ELT from UCL, UK. Furthermore, his MBA in HRM has significantly enhanced the expertise in organizational behavior and leadership, further strengthening his work in training and leadership development. He is, also, a certified expert in CLT, blending pedagogical innovation with real-world applications.

Over the years, he has conducted numerous trainings, workshops, and seminars, earning recognition for measurable outcomes in learner development and communication skills enhancement. His affiliations include Life Membership with the Bangladesh English Language Teachers Association (BELTA) and Fellowships with the Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Management (BSHRM) and the Bangladesh Organization of Learning and Development (BOLD). Additionally, active membership in the International Business Forum of Bangladesh (IBFB) and Life Membership with the Dhaka University Alumni Association highlight his commitment to professional excellence and community engagement.
